On November 6, the conference of doctoral students of the Department of Botany of the University of Tartu was held, where 2nd and 3rd year doctoral students presented research from their doctoral theses. Iris from our work group spoke about the impact of landscape changes on the genetic diversity of cowslip. Read more about Iris' doctoral thesis here. There were many interesting presentations at the conference, which gave a good overview of the research done in our department.
