On November 5, the Ministry of the Environment organized an international environmental conference "Biodiversity and Climate in a Changing World". In the conference biodiversity conservation and its role in mitigating climate change was discussed, as well as regional solutions and the role of enterprises. One of the speakers was Aveliina, who emphasized the importance of meadows for carbon sequestration and the need to restore them.
