An article on the role of genetic diversity and mycorrhiza in plant recovery

A research article was published with Tsipe as a co-author in the journal BMC Ecology and Evolution "The role of genetic diversity and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal diversity in population recovery of the semi-natural grassland plant species Succisa pratensis".

In the article it was found that genetic diversity had a positive effect on the growth of the Succisa pratensis's population, but no effect of mycorrhizal fungi was identified. However, it was found that the genetic makeup of S. pratensis slightly explained the variation in mycorrhizal communities. The article can be found here.
