Sabrina went to the 2nd G-BIKE meeting in Sarajevo

From 4 - 6 September, Sabrina went as representative of Estonia to the 2nd G-BIKE meeting in Sarajevo (CA18134 COST action; @gbike_cost). The progress and future plans to facilitated links between scientists and practitioners and to integrate genetic tools in conservation management across the EU and beyond were discussed. Besides, participants worked in five established working groups within the network on ongoing projects. Sarajevo was very welcoming and a small bike tour at the outskirts of the city provided the possibility to further deepen connections between participants of the 32 European countries present while experiencing the natural and cultural-historical sight of a protected area in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
