Plant Geography course in Tenerife

Our doctoral student Marianne attended a field course in Plant Geography at the beginning of April, which took place in Tenerife. The aim of this course was to give an overview of vegetation zonation based on an altitudinal gradient in different ecosystems on the island. Tenerife is a hotspot for biodiversity due to its unique geographical and climatic conditions, making it a perfect place for this course.
