Although my passion for biodiversity sprawls across many topics, I tend to focus on the relationship between people and biodiversity, as the lack or presence thereof affects us all. My bachelor's thesis was an overview of the direct and indirect effects of biodiversity on human health. My master's thesis, however, focuses on biodiversity in agriculture and encouraging it through results-based subsidies. My supervisor is Senior Researcher Aveliina Helm.
