Aveliina talks about biodiversity and grasslands in Estonian TV science program


Estonian Public Broadcasting TV science show ‘Uudishimu tippkeskus' (see VIDEO) featured Aveliina in its 21st March show. She explained why it is necessary to preserve biodiversity and what should we do to in order to halt its loss. Show was filmed in Laelatu wooded meadow that holds a world record in small-scale plant species richness. Namely, there has been found 42 vascular plant species in an area of only 20×20 cm.
