On June 15, the opening event of the Estonian Environmental Development Plan (KEVAD) took place, where Aveliina from our working group participated. The topic of the panel discussion of the event was "Economic growth and natural resources - eternal coexistence or…?". Tarmo Soomere, President of the Academy of Sciences, Vaido Padumäe, CEO of Rimi Estonia, and Merili Vares, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Green Tiger, also took part in the discussion. As a result of the discussion, they found that we should rethink our behavior, but a major substantive change is expected, especially at national level.
