A guide to supporting biodiversity in your yard was published

A guide made by Aveliina has been published: "How to support biodiversity with the help of grass in your yard?". The colorful guide describes how often and how to mow the lawn to best support biodiversity. It is important to have different areas to care for: take care of your lawn like a punk hairstyle. The mowed grass and hay should definitely be removed, otherwise it will suffocate the smaller plants. Everyone can contribute a little to the preservation of biodiversity in their backyard while creating a diverse and beautiful garden.

Read more in the guide (in Estonian) on how to support biodiversity when mowing and why it is so important.
