Every year, the Estonian Chamber of Environmental Associations (EKO) chooses an environmental act and an environmental ax. The decision of the Rimi store chain to stop the sale of all endangered fish species and products became the environmental act of 2020, and the State Forest Management Center (RMK) received the environmental ax for drainage works in Prählamäe in Hiiumaa. The Chamber of Environmental Associations also recognized, among others, the Rohemeeter (Green meter) application created by our work group and the work group on macroecology, which can be used to assess the biodiversity of landscapes.
